This is our last day on the island! :( My family flew out that morning and we had to enjoy the day the best we could. We laid out but the pool a little, did one last stroll through the resort. Went to my grandparents hotel to say goodbye to them, they were staying an extra day longer than us.
Off to the other side of the island we went. We had to return the spears the guys used to spear fish. We were also able to take David to Wailua Falls since he missed out the day before. We also were able to see the Opaekaa Falls. This was beautiful there was also the Opaekaa River we visited. As we were with my brother and his wife exploring we stumbled upon this gem. Kamokila Hawaiian Village! It was closed but we went ahead and gave ourselves a tour. One more to describe: AWESOME! The best part was it was tucked deep into the Opaekaa river. Unfortunately we had to head to the airport for our red eye flight home :(
DAY EIGHT:
Macoy tried to sleep in the airport chair... boo hoo we're almost home.
