Day by day with the Sullivan's: Cruise to Cabo and Puerto Vallarta {Days 5 and 6}

DAY FIVE: We woke up right as the ship was approaching Puerto Vallarta's harbor. We grabbed a big breakfast in Gold Pearl dining room and went to floor zero and we were able to walk off the ship since we were right at shore. Puerto Vallarta didn't have much to do unless you took a taxi to the beaches. We didn't feel comfortable taking one so we just decided to stay within a mile radius of the ship, do some shopping and grab drinks a one of the little restaurants. Once we got back on the ship David and Macoy went down for their afternoon naps, usually Nicole would sleep as well, but this day I took her up the one of the pools with me and hung out. There was a huge water slide. I felt like a child again, it was so much fun! This day happened to be May 3rd. May 3rd is special for multiple reasons. One being it was my parents 32nd anniversary since their wedding. AND, it was five years ago on May 3rd that David got down on one knee. We celebrated anniversary's because Jared and Laura's third wedding anniversary is May 8th, so it worked in every ones favor. The dining room celebrated our anniversary's with a song and desserts! After dinner we went up to the karaoke lounge and Laura sang. The kids went down with her and Colie actually was singing the words with Laura! "Don't stop believing". It was really cute, everyone loved seeing the munchkins down there dancing and singing along.

DAY SIX: Today was a day at sea. We were all kinda lazy. I decided to go to the gym on the ship to try and get back into my work out routine. Boy, what missing 6 days of a gym routine will do to ya! Running on the treadmill while watching the waves was amazing. As we sailed back towards home we passed the Cabo arches again. Just beautiful! This evening in the dining room was another formal night. We all got dressed up again. Ate way too much. The entertainment in the dining room is always fun, this night especially, Nicole got really into the music and was swaying and dancing away in her seat. After dinner we changed into some casual clothes and split up, some went to casino, some to comedian's and some to bed.
