End of shift b2

David's schedule changes constantly. Last weekend we went to another "End of shift" party. Where the guys and their families enjoy good food, fellowship and reminisce over the past six months. Lucky for me I love Davids partners. We met at Dustin's new bachelor pad and were able to hang with one of our favorite couple's the Wright's before hand.

We eventually loaded in the car and headed to the party. Laughing the whole way at Dustin riding tandem with another coworker two miles of this hill road.

I fell in love with the K9 on the team Ari. It makes me want David to join K9 eventually. The guys did their "Joke Award" ceremony. Drank some wine, ate, and laughed. It makes me sad to think that this would be our last end of shift party. David heads to another job description with the Sheriff's Office, he's thanking God that he'll still be working alongside with his pal James. Dustin heads to another area of the Sheriff's office.

Made me a little emotional hearing the guys laughing about crazy calls, or the way they talk about having each others backs. We are so thankful for the journey we have been through with them. Since July 20 2009 they have been bound together.

As a law enforcement wife I am so thankful for the other women who I am able to share this journey with.
