Our dear friend Betsy is off starting a new chapter in her life. Here are a couple pix from her Bon Voyage night.
Those that know me, know I do love my Italian heritage. My family has always tried to keep the Italian traditions installed in my first generation Grandpa Ferrante's family. On holidays we keep the same traditions that the family kept in Italy.. I love all things Italian, clothes, food, songs, and the traditions. Willow Glen really announced they were making a "Little Italy" in San Jose. Its in the makes right now. Dave and I watched an whole special on it the other evening. Well, to top that off... this weekend was the 29th annual Italian Festival on Lincoln Ave. They close the streets off and have music, food, dancing, vendors with all sorts of fun stuff. Even with the heat it was a lot of fun. Fun times with friends and family.

August is coming to an end very soon, these warm Summer nights will soon be the lovely cold evenings... Blankets, Slippers, the scent of pumpkin in the air! I cannot wait for Fall... I've already started to decorate!
