Butternut Squash

Fall, the season, the colors, the fragrances in the air, the pumpkin spice cake, and candy corn... I love fall. I'm ready for Fall to arrive! These past few mornings have been overcast when I wake up and I'm loving it. Yesterday I had some homemade butternut squash soup (compliments of Grandma Ferrante). It was so good. Made me feel like Fall is closer than we know.
