Time to work on the house!

This week has kept us inside most of the days between the rainy weather, and the 103-104 fevers my kids had.
David has a new schedule and with that no more nights alone! I couldn't be happier to have him home more and to wake up next to him every morning. We've been going through the rooms deciding what unfinished projects we have. Lets see, we're starting to work on the the guestroom, organizing that closet. Nicole's room, we have had paint for over a year and just haven't gotten around to taking time to paint it. We're sorta going to redo her room a little bit and make it a "big girl" bedroom. Thinking of getting rid of the black hutch in our kitchen and putting in a wall table instead. Its fun to start new project again.
As Winter slowly comes to an end its fun already planning out my garden for this year. I don't think I'll get anything planted in the ground until after our trip to Hawaii in April. Speaking of Hawaii its all officially booked, flights & hotel. I'll post details about that in the next couple weeks before we go. We're already looking at what fun activities to be doing on this island since it will be a first time in Kauai for myself, Dave and the kids.

Back the to house, searching on Pinterest sure is inspiring. If you don't have an account I recommend one to brain storm and day dream.
