Easter approached so fast this year. I woke up earlier than usual to get myself & the kids ready for church since David was just getting home from work. We let the kids do a quick scan through their Easter baskets but assured them they could open everything after church.
We made it home and let them play with some of their new stuff. Then put them down for naps. David decided to push through the day with no sleep (what a trooper).
We headed over to my parents house around 2 and had an Easter egg hunt, then a big lunch. After that we celebrated April Birthdays, my uncle, my aunt and one of my cousins. The kids were entertained with Easter baskets and candy....
After this we headed over to Davids sister house. The kids were able to run and run and run outside. We did another Easter egg hunt and chowed down on some delicious desserts. Holidays are fun to watch the cousins go crazy. By 7:30pm David, Nicole, and Macoy had all hit their walls. We went on home, David barely made it up the stairs and was fast asleep. I tossed the kids in the bath and tucked them in bed.
I didn't feel like doing any cleaning, so I laid in bed and caught up on some of my shows.
Monday rolled around and I'm happy to say by 2pm my house had all decor away! I procrastinated and went to the gym in the morning, but once I got BOTH kids down for naps I turned on iHeart radio, and put away all the Easter decor.
Hello Spring decor... not more bunny's and eggs around!
