Most of you know David is a hunter. Its nice to know I have a husband who could provide for us if we lived life like the "Little house on the prairie". Wednesday morning Dave left long before the sun came up, and returned before the kids had their nap time. He was able to share the 10 quail he shot with Colie to count. Here's a video of her counting them in English and Spanish. David has been teaching her Spanish as he himself has a Rosetta stone he should be working on a lot more often. Italian will be next for Colie once she masters espanol. I forget all of the Spanish i learned in high school, luckily the self teach Italian CD's and books have stuck with me. Spanish would probably be more practical for our kids to learn, but it wouldn't hurt for them to learn a little Italian as well.
Now for the Quail, i cant promise that I myself will eat any.
