We decided to go picking for fresh delicious berries. We picked Olallies & Boysenberries.
It was so fun, we brought home a fresh baked double berry dutch pie, and a flat of fresh hand picked berries. We arrived and had a little picnic lunch in the picnic area. Walked through the little store, bought a fresh baked pie then off to the picking. It was so much fun! I cannot wait to bake and make preserves. Enjoy some of our pictures
After it was so hot we had to spend the rest of the day lounging and swimming in grannies and grandpa's pool :)
We got home and had some of our berries and this was the aftermath {Yes Macoy's in a girl bib) but he obviously LOVED the berries, check out the hand print on his head! Love him!
